Week 11A: Email Marketing

Newsletters for my business would be great! I think that for interior design businesses like mine newsletters can keep your customers informed on new products and services along with industry tips and tricks. Along with information, newsletters are also a great way to keep in touch with your customers without being obnoxious (although if you send out too many newsletters that can be obnoxious as well so be careful). For my interior design studio, I could send newsletters that contain usable information such as "The Top 10 Best Kitchen and Bathroom Designs" or "November Fall Decor Tips" and along with that information I can also add a promotion that may appeal to some customers, prompting them to buy my services. I think that newsletter are a great marketing tool along with being great for information and to keep in touch with the customer. For me, I think that I would make my newsletters a monthly subscription that way my customers are still receiving my content frequently but not too much to be annoying. Check out my mock newsletter below and the information that I would attach! Enjoy!

  1. Great ideas you have in your newsletter. New decorating tips are always fun. I always like to learn new ways to declutter and store things (junk) in a stylish way, so that could be a subject as well.
