Week 6: Facebook Page

Welcome to Facebook Business! The Business pages on Facebook enable an organization or product to engage with its users, launch new products, and keep people interested and engaged with the product or service. On a Facebook business page, you have two key components that can be used to continue a relationship with potential buyers and consumers: post reach and post engagement. With a post reach, the business administrator can see how many people actually saw the Facebook post. With post engagement, the business administrator can see how many people engaged by liking, commenting, or sharing the post.
It is important that when running a Facebook business page an administrator knows the difference. It allows the administrators to have insights so that they can create see in what ways there product or service impacts people, how people are using it, how it can be marketed to further audiences, strengths and weaknesses in the product/service and much more. Once users begin to engage in the content placed on a Facebook business page, an administrator can get a good idea of what works and doesn't work and how to move forward in the future whether that means modifying a service/product or evolving it to make it better!
