Organization for Home
Organize Your Home
Today, I am going to provide some tips and tricks on organization
๐...along with some great products that I recommend to my clients and use myself!

Organization Essentials:
-Evaluate the space.
๐️ Are there areas of the room that are known "clutter traps"? Are there better ways to configure the space? What is the room's function and essential organizational needs?
-Take Pictures.
๐ธ I always take pictures when I do a consultation with a client. Take high quality photos from various angles of the room. Don't forget to take a picture at the entrance
๐ช of the room!
-Figure out what products you may need that can help you make the space clutter-free and organized.
This is the hardest part! Don't worry if you get frustrated...there are many websites and resources that I will recommend in following posts!

Example:
A client has as a living room space that has a "clutter trap" right in the entrance...Shoes, keys, coats, paperwork...everything get's placed at a table near the front door. She was a high paid attorney in the city and didn't have much time or energy when she was home from her job. But she wanted a space that was tranquil and relaxing...Could this ever be achievable?

The answer is YES! We came into her home and figured out the source of her anxiety...The clutter trap near the door. We cleared out the clutter and found a place for her items...We got an inexpensive coat rack (where she could now hang her coat and store her umbrella), hung up a piece of crown molding and some hangers for her keys, and placed a wooden crate for her shoes. By removing the table near the door, we removed the source of the clutter trap. This also allowed us to replace this large item with smaller more efficient organizational tools.
